ABOUT

Established in 2025, Sandia Supply Company was created with the goal of providing locals and newcomers with high quality, timeless goods that capture what the state of New Mexico represents. When searching the marketplace across the state, our founders realized a gap. There was simply too much of the same boring designs that looked more touristy than they did prideful. It was time to create our own clothing line.

 

Inspired by southwest designs, wildlife, landscapes and colors, Sandia Supply Company wants everyone to find styles that make them proud of their high desert roots. As we embark on this journey, we strive to be community centered and collaborative with other local businesses. We will be active in the community with booths at local events and markets. Lastly, we intend to be responsive and adaptive to all feedback and truly provide the best customer experience possible.

  • When will my order ship?
    Orders ship within 5 business days.

    Do you offer tracking?
    Yes. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

    Do you ship internationally?
    Not yet — we currently ship within the U.S. only.

  • What’s your return policy?
    You have 30 days from delivery to return your item. It must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    Do you offer exchanges?
    Yes. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window. You’ll return the original item (shipping paid by customer), and once we receive it, we’ll send out the new one.

    What if my item arrives damaged?
    Email us right away with photos. If it’s our mistake, we’ll replace it.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    If the order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Once it’s shipped, changes can’t be made.

    Do you offer gift cards?
    Digital gift cards are coming soon.
